Learning Exchange (Pty) Ltd (LEX), our affiliated company has successfully delivered accredited driver and plant operator training programmes. We have successfully implemented learnerships and skills programs for several blue chip clients. At LEX, we facilitate comprehensive training through specially-designed courses which we customise for you, and which can be conducted at our clients' premises. We serve the Taxi, Commuter Transport, Freight Transport, Mining, FMGC, Courier, Agricultural and Construction Industries, and are compliant in terms of B-BBEE.
Learning Exchange (Pty) Ltd has over 20 years' experience in delivering driver and operator training. We are an accredited training provider with the Transport Education and Training Authority (TETA), the Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA), Safety and Security Seta (SASSETA), Health and Welfare Seta (HWSETA), also registered with the Department of Transport (DOT), Department of Labour (DOL) and one of first private companies to be registered with the Quality Council for Trade Occupations (QCTO).
Bruniquel & Associates (Pty) Ltd also known as B&A, is the latest addition to our family and one of South Africa’s pioneers in diversity and labour relation training. B&A has been in business for over 38 years. B&A’s mission is to facilitate transformation, reduce conflict and normalise workplace relations by:
· making parties aware of their rights and duties and the need to enforce boundaries;
· providing advice and proven pragmatic policies, procedures and systems;
· creating awareness of the need for leadership to change in order to deal effectively with the cycle of conflict; and
· providing practical systems-based training to ensure role players have the necessary knowledge and skills.

Our group of companies also works in close conjunction with the Guardian Employers Organisation (GEO). This provides the opportunity of offering clients a holistic service. GEO is an organization registered in terms of the Labour Relations Act and has been
registered as such since 1997. The GEO is focused on assisting employers with Labour Law issues. They provide a comprehensive Labour Law service backed by legal professionals. This includes representation in various forums such as CCMA, Bargaining Councils and the Labour Court. They also assist with chairing disciplinary, incapacity and poor performance hearings, industrial relations audits, strike handing as well as union negotiations.
The GEO currently represents and supplies advisory services to companies country wide, through their offices based in Johannesburg (head office), Pretoria, Durban, Kokstad, Richards Bay, Margate, Cape Town, Nelspruit, Port Elizabeth, East London,
George/ Mossel Bay, Witbank/Piet Retief, Polokwane, Bloemfontein, Vereeniging and Welkom.
Even though we are separate legal entities, our joint efforts (where required) have allowed companies to maximise their efforts and effectiveness in terms of:

· developing people
· community upliftment
· compliance with labour laws
· maximising their B-BBEE rating
Our group provides services companies across South Africa, as well as in other countries such as Namibia, Swaziland, Mozambique, Nigeria, Ghana, DRC, Madagascar, Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Malawi, to name a few. We also partner with various international/global organisations with their Head Offices (and often our contacts in terms of HR, IR and training initiatives) in Ireland, England, Sweden and Dubai.
